Maddie is a psychodynamic psychotherapist with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (awarded with Distinction) from the University of Greenwich. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics and is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the UK’s leading professional body for therapists.

Maddie works with unconscious processes to help clients understand how early relationships and life experiences continue to shape their inner world and, identifies recurring behavioural patterns that no longer serve them.

 

Maddie also specialises in ADHD support, both in understanding the manifestation of symptoms pre and post diagnosis and, in supporting clients through ongoing treatment.

Leah works with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected who may not be aware of the reasons why. Her gentle and collaborative approach helps clients explore how early life experiences, difficult relationships or situations may still be shaping their thoughts, emotions and physiological responses today.

 

She is an accredited CBT therapist and EMDR therapist who integrates acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT) and yoga psychology to support change at both a cognitive and physiological level.

 

Clients describe her as compassionate, attentive and creative. She supports people to set boundaries, feel more grounded, reduce anxiety and build more authentic relationships.​​

With over 16 years of experience in the field of mental health, Nicky is an Integrative Psychotherapist whose work draws on Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic approaches. Experience includes working across national organisations, mental health charities, the NHS, and in private practice. Clients are met with respect, sensitivity, and a deep commitment to understanding their individual concerns and life experiences.

A significant part of Nicky's professional journey involved work within a London hospital’s Perinatal Unit, this setting offered valuable insight into the emotional and psychological shifts that often accompany the experience of becoming a parent. Motherhood can bring up complex trauma, and this is something Nicky offers exceptional support in. ​​

Mindfulness and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) principles are thoughtfully incorporated into sessions. These tools help create a confidential, supportive environment where clients are encouraged to simply ‘be’—to reflect, process, and move toward healing.
